Community Life Support has numerous entities within our community aiding in the health and wellness of our neighbors...

  • Schaghticoke Food Pantry - open Mondays 9-11am & Thursdays 4-6pm
  • Schaghticoke Farmers Market June 2-September 29th each Friday from 4-6:30pm at the Schaghticoke Fair Grounds
  • Schaghticoke Strawberry Festival June 17th from 10-3pm at the Schaghticoke Fair Grounds
  • Health and Wellness- variety of classes including Tai Chi, Yoga, and Financial Wellness
  • Community Meals are offered FREE to our community the 2nd Saturday each month from 5-6pm at 165 Main Street, first come first serve. All meals are prepared by a different group each month. If interested in hosting a meal with your group whether its non-profit, community group or friends and family, please reach out to Liz at ebaker50@yahoo.com.
  • Our brand new Young at Heart Seniors of Schaghticoke Group: The Young at Heart Seniors group was formed March 2023 to be a resource for anyone over 50 to find friends and activities to participate in, to continue to learn, grow, and give back to the community. The group will meet 2 x monthly on first and third Mondays for a meal and a program or activity. Dues are $10 per year.   • Hoosic Valley Harvest Festival on September 23rd from 11-3pm at the Schaghticoke Town Hall co-hosted with Community Partners.

Hoosic Valley Seniors

Activities:
Meetings are held at the American Legion in the Village of Schaghticoke on the 2nd Tuesday at noon. A covered dish luncheon is enjoyed by all.
