Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Schaghticoke Planning Board on November 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, New York to hear all persons interested regarding the application of Adam and Samantha Kocienski for a Timber Harvest Permit pursuant to Zoning Law Section V(M) for a 71+/- acre parcel of land on the west side of State Route 40 (generally opposite 2024 State Route 40), tax map number 12.-1-8.11.  The property is located in the Residential Agricultural (RA) Zoning District.
