Duties:
The Planning Board is the governing body that oversees the implementation of subdivision regulations and site plan in the Town. In addition, in most instances, considers requests for special use permits. To submit application to the Planning Board please contact the Chairman, Frank Alessandrini. The process begins with a Pre-filing Conference. The Chairman will include your request on the Planning Board agenda. It is advisable to come to the Pre-filing Conference with a sketch plan and any other information that is pertinent to the proposal. The Planning Board will provide guidance for completing the application process.
