Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Schaghticoke Planning Board on September 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, New York to hear all persons interested regarding the application of Thomas E. Madigan for subdivision approval of property located at 152 Madigan Road, Schaghticoke, New York 12154, Tax Map Parcel 42.-1-12 to subdivide the lot measuring approximately 73.07 acres (calculated) into two separate lots, measuring approximately: 4.29 acres (containing a proposed house) and 68.78 acres (remaining vacant land).  The property is located in the Residential Agriculture zoning district.
