Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Schaghticoke Planning Board on October 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, New York to hear all persons interested regarding the application of The Kustom Addiction (Ken Murray) for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review to operate a powder coating, metal finishing and refinishing business and to place a 8’ X 20’ shipping container at 751 NY 40, Tax Map #206.-1-11. The property is located in the Hamlet (H) Zoning District.
