Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Schaghticoke Planning Board on September 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, New York to hear all persons interested regarding the application of Gerald & Sharon Monast for subdivision approval of property located at 2892 River Road, Schaghticoke, New York 12154, Tax Map Parcel 30.-3-11.11 to subdivide the lot measuring approximately 6.70 acres into two separate lots, measuring approximately 2.15 acres (containing a proposed house) and 4.72 acres (remaining residential land and existing house).  The property is located in the Residential Agriculture zoning district.
