NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of
Schaghticoke Planning Board on August 5, 2026 at 7:05 p.m. at the Town Hall,
290 Northline Drive, Melrose, New York to hear all persons interested regarding
the application of ProLine Power for use of one lot of a 3-lot subdivision of land
out of a parcel of 8.17± acres located at the southeast corner of Route 40 and East
Schaghticoke Road (Tax Map Parcel 32.-3-47) for the storage of construction
equipment on the southerly lot, which is subject to issuance of a special use
permit and site plan review. The property is located in the Highway
Commercial (HC) Zoning District. Please be advised that written comment will
also be accepted by mailed submission to the attention of the Town Clerk or via
email to townclerk@townofschaghticoke.org. Further, the Planning Board will
accept written comment for 14 days after the August 5th hearing date.
